All our packages are sent via NZ Courier Post with track and trace (with signature) Courier Nationally and By Fedex/ DHL/ UPS Onternationally. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout based on an estimation of the total weighted units per package and the shipping destination

-To New Zealand - Auckland $10-$15 Mobile Phones, Cameras

-To New Zealand - Nationwide $12-15.

-To New Zealand Rural delivery Address $10-$18

-To Australia $30 ( Fedex/ DHL/ UPS). -

Please don’t hesitate to contact us with item names and quantities, and the country for an estimation of shipping price.

We will not deliver to any addresses which we deem suspicious and we do delivery  to Post Office Boxes but all at the discretion and risk of the receiver.  If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. Our standard courier delivery is 5-10 working days from receipt of payment. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call or email.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address given by you as customer. Whilst we make 100% effort to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per stated delivery times. If an item is out of stock, we will contact customer as soon as possible. Delivery Outside Auckland or to rural address can take extra two days.

If Item or goods purchased by customer not received by them within 5 working days please inform us immediately, otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item.
