Our stock is sourced through a mix of New Zealand-based authorised supply channels and trusted overseas suppliers, depending on brand availability, season and pricing. Every item is supplied as genuine product from the brand’s official manufacturing line.

Parallel imported means a genuine product sourced from legitimate overseas channels rather than the brand’s official NZ distributor network. It’s common in New Zealand and helps customers access a wider range of fragrances at better value.

Yes. Packaging can vary by region, batch, and production updates (box design, cellophane style, labels, barcode placement, or language). Brands also refresh packaging over time, so an online image may show an older or different regional version.

Natural variation can happen between batches due to ingredient sourcing, ageing/oxidation, lighting, and even glass bottle tint. This doesn’t mean a fragrance is fake. As long as the scent profile and performance match the original, small colour differences are normal across batches and regions.

Longevity varies by fragrance concentration (EDT/EDP/Parfum), skin type, weather, and how it’s applied. To improve performance, apply to moisturised skin and pulse points, and store the bottle away from heat and sunlight.

EDT is lighter and fresh, EDP is stronger and longer-lasting for most people, and Parfum is typically the most intense and concentrated.

Most NZ orders arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch (rural deliveries may take longer 5-7 Days). Tracking is provided once your order ships.

By default, we use signature-required delivery to reduce loss and theft risk. If you request “authority to leave,” we can pass the instruction to the courier, but it cannot be guaranteed and delivery becomes the customer’s responsibility once left at the address.
