All products, services, and information presented on www.gadgetsonlinen.co.nz are subject to the terms as listed. Gadgets Online NZ Limited reserves the right to accept or decline any offers. Any agreement made between you and Gadgets Online NZ Limited shall be subjected to these terms and conditions.
1. The User certifies that they are of at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Prices, unless specified, are in New Zealand Dollars, and may be changed without prior notice at the discretion of Gadgets Online NZ Limited.
3. The User agrees to provide accurate information, and Gadgets Online NZ Limited has the right to validate this information. If any details are found to be false, Gadgets Online NZ Limited reserves the right to reject the registration and prohibit the User from using Services at www.gadgetsonline.co.nz for Shopping.
We are unable to ship to any suspicious addresses. If you receive your goods in a damaged condition, please contact us. Our usual delivery for standard addresses is within two to three days, and five to seven days for rural areas. If the order is urgent, please follow up with either a phone call or email. We cannot be held accountable for any lost, damaged, or misdelivered goods resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer. While we strive to meet the given delivery times, we are unable to guarantee their accuracy due to factors beyond our control. Delivery outside of Auckland or to rural areas may take up to two extra days. Goods are normally dispatched every day at 3 PM, though orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Lost Parcel Claims:-.
If customers do not receive the items or goods they purchased within 5 working days, please notify us right away. Claims of lost parcels must be submitted to us within 10 days or else we cannot be held responsible for any losses of said items.

We take no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen if Delivery addresses have Authority to Leave (ATL) authorization or Non-Signature Delivery Requests.
Gadgets Online NZ Ltd is a New Zealand registered company, and all prices on the website are GST Inclusive for customers from New Zealand. For orders shipped to countries outside of New Zealand, customers shall be responsible for any sale taxes. If we discover an incorrect price for an item, we will either charge the lower amount and ship it or contact you for further instructions, at our discretion. All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We reserve the right to cancel orders that have an incorrect price due to error and refund the customer without notice.
Gadgets Online NZ LTD provides customers with a secure payment policy for online purchases. All credit/debit card payments are processed through our secure and encrypted payment gateway. All personal identifiable information is always securely stored and never shared with any third parties. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay for online purchases. Gadgets Online NZ LTD provides a limited warranty of twelve months on all electronics purchased from the company, excluding water, impact and drop damage. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and malfunctions from normal use within this period. If any issues are experienced during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. Customers must first provide proof of purchase before any replacement will be granted. Shipping costs for any returns or replacements are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Gadgets Online NZ LTD. The warranty does not cover any accidental or intentional damage to the product due to misuse, water, impact or drop damage. Any products that have been modified in any way outside of the manufacturer's specifications also do not qualify
Mobile Phone Accessories: -
Gadgets Online NZ LTD warrants the mobile phone accessories it sells to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, or any external causes beyond our reasonable control. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of a defective product, at the sole discretion of Gadgets Online NZ LTD. To make a claim under this warranty, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact Gadgets Online NZ LTD’s customer service for further instructions on returning and replacing a defective product. This warranty is only valid and enforceable within New Zealand.
Perfumes & Fragrances: -
All perfumes products don"t come with any warranty. Any Damages, issues with Spray Nozzle or leakage must be reported within 24- 48 hours of orders delivered without any exceptions. Gadgets Online NZ Ltd does not accept exchanges or refunds on any perfumes, cosmetics, or fragrances purchased from our online store. All sales for these items are final. Please ensure that you carefully check the product details, descriptions, and ingredients before purchasing these items.
Gadgets Online NZ LTD provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all sunglasses sold in its stores, excluding any damage or scratches to the lenses. The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions of materials or workmanship under normal use and service. The original owner must provide proof of purchase from Gadgets Online NZ LTD in order to make a warranty claim.
The following warranties do not apply:
- Damage or scratches to the lenses.
- Everyday wear and tear.
- Excessive exposure to saltwater, sun and other elements.
- Lost or stolen sunglasses.
- Accidental or intentional misuse of the product.
Unless stated otherwise, all of our product warranties are provided by us and are on a RTB (return-to-base) basis. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returned items. Regarding faulty products, we will be responsible for the other way shipping charges. When returning items for repair under the warranty period, a proof of purchase must be included. Repairs for these items are offered for free. However, if damage or malfunctions are found to have occurred due to customer negligence, customers will be required to pay for both the repair fee and freight charges. All incidents involving the guarantee are dealt with by third-party technicians and it usually takes up to 2-6 weeks for them to complete the repairs. In the event of extra costs or delays caused by missing parts, customers will be notified beforehand. The warranty will be rendered void if the product is damaged or malfunctions due to alterations, accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, incorrect voltage/power supply/adjustment, tampering, unauthorised repairs, use of defective or incompatible accessories, computer virus exposure, corrosive environments, insect/vermin infestation, or foreign object interference. We strongly advise customers to back up their data and reset their phones prior to them sending it in for repairs as we will not be held liable for any customer data in the phone. To validate the warranty, customers must retain their sales receipt (the GST invoice sent with the phone, not the online order or payment confirmation).
Gadgets Online NZ LTD does not offer refunds or Exchanges on any of its products or services. All sales are final and no exceptions will be made. We encourage our customers to read the product descriptions and contact us with any questions before making a purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their order. Any returns due to an issue with the product must be reported within 3 days of delivery in order to be considered for a replacement. However, we will meet the requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) to provide a remedy should a product be faulty upon purchase or does not meet its description.

All orders are subject to a 5% admin fee for all cancellation and refund requests prior to shipment, which covers administrative and handling costs.
