- All-over New Zealand (1-3 Working Days)

- PO Box Addresses (1-3 Working Days)

- Waiheke Island (1-3 Working Days)

- Rural Address (1-4 Working Days)

 

 

Delivery Timeframe::

Majority of the orders are shipped same day once the payment has been cleared and verified (Verification applies to credit card payments). Orders which are placed after 3PM will be shipped on next working day. All our items are sent by Track and Trace Signature courier unless requested by the buyer for non-Signature (Only applies to items which are less than $250 in value). Once the order is being shipped it takes 1-3 working days to deliver except the rural deliveries which may take slightly longer.

 

*Please Note: All the Delivery timeframes mentioned are target delivery only, which means sometime the delivery can take slightly longer for e.g. During Christmas holidays

 

Order Tracking::

A tracking number will be sent to the customer via email once the item is ready to be shipped and Customer can Track their item on www.courierpost.co.nz. Customers can also contact the courier company in case the order is not delivered with 5 working days.

If Item or goods purchased by customer not received within 5 working days please inform us immediately, otherwise we take no responsibility for the loss of the item.

 

 

Shipping Terms & Conditions::

We will not deliver to any addresses which we deem suspicious. We do delivery to Post Office Boxes but all at the discretion and risk of the receiver.  If your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us. Our standard courier delivery is 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. If the order is urgent, please follow up the order with a phone call or email.

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address given by you as customer. Whilst we make 100% effort to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per stated delivery times. If an item is out of stock, we will contact customer as soon as possible. If the goods are received in damaged state, please get in touch with the courier company in ordered to process the claim within 24 hours of receipt of goods, as all items are shipped with insurance. In case if you want us to file for the claim, then you need to allow us 4 - 6 weeks in order to process the same.
